Ticket Pricing
General Admission tickets are sold on a sliding scale. Everyone aged 13 or older needs a General Admission ticket.
- Mid-point, Sustainable: $445 ($474.61 including fees). If you’re able to financially meet your basic needs with room for new items or occasional travel, purchase at the mid-point.
- High end, Gratitude: $495 ($528.93 including fees). If you have ample expendable income, savings, or access to familial wealth; if you work in tech; if you own a home or other high-value assets; if you are otherwise financially comfortable, purchase at the high end.
- Low end, Minimum: $395 ($422.43 including fees). If attending the event is already a financial stretch for you, purchase at the low end. You may also want to fill out our volunteer/low-income intake form.
We say often that this is a volunteer-run event and we mean it. We, the Planners, are volunteers, donating our time and often other resources over the course of months to organize the event each year. Like you, we purchase our own tickets, parking, meals, etc.
Kids 2-12yo need a Child ticket, $125 ($134.88 including fees). Infants under 2yo are free.
Please email the Kidsville Planners to let us know about any kids you’re bringing. It helps us plan for activities and for emergencies.
We do our best to make this event as affordable as possible, balancing that against the rising costs of production and our commitment to paying artists and craftspeople of all kinds. Please help us out by honestly assessing what you can afford and paying what you can.
If you have the ability to donate more, we are a nonprofit and could use the boost. We funnel all funds back into the event, paying for things like production, artist fees, grants, and underwriting pay-what-you-can tickets.
Lodging
Camp Navarro has several pre-built housing options available for groups of 2-9 people. Photos and more information available here.
Lodging is for the duration of Camp Priceless (Thursday night–Sunday morning); no per-night lodging sales available; no discount for fewer nights.
Prices including fees:
- Cabins. Enclosed wooden structures with power and heat. Sleep 3-9 people in a combination of single beds, double beds, and bunk beds.
- Sleep 3: $409.11
- Sleep 4: $544.90
- Sleep 5: $680.69
- Sleep 6: $816.48
- Sleep 7: $952.26
- Sleep 9: $1223.84
- Adirondacks. Three-sided wooden structures with a curtain on the fourth side; no power. Sleeps 4 people in combinations of queen beds, single beds, and bunk beds. $318.59
- Glamping Teepees. Canvas structures w/ central pole; no power, 3 person, queen bed and single bed. $273.33
- Standard Teepees. Poly structures w/ central pole; no power, 2 person, single beds. $182.80
Note: The amount of lodging designated “Kidsville” may be adjusted, depending on need.
RVs and Campervans
There is a dedicated RV Grove for vehicles 24’ or smaller.
- There are 8 RV spaces with power, 7 RV spaces without power, and up to 10 additional spots for campervans. All but one of the RV spots are pull-through and shady. No water, no dumping.
- Right now, to maximize vehicle space, we are not planning to allow camping in tents in the RV grove; all sleeping must be in vehicles (this may change if we have enough room).

Tent Camping
Tent camping is allowed throughout the property, in redwood groves and between cabins. Nearly everywhere is shaded (tall trees FTW!).
We should have plenty of room for everyone this year, but please still be mindful about your footprint and plan to be close and friendly with your neighbors.
Parking
All parking is onsite, y’all! NO SHUTTLE!!! We do need folks to carpool in order to make this work.
Per-vehicle parking passes are $120 ($129.55 including fees).
Food options
Meal plan. Convergence will be back, serving up tasty and healthy brunches and dinners as part of a meal plan. Meals included: Friday brunch and dinner, Saturday brunch and dinner, Sunday brunch. Adults $99 ($107.19 including fees), kids $63 ($68.85 including fees).
Cafe. Camp Navarro has a cafe where you can purchase cafe food like pastries, hamburgers, hot dogs, tacos, and beverages like coffee, tea, sodas. They will also be selling ice. Cafe will be open 7a-7p (hours may shift).
Pizza. Camp Navarro’s pizza oven will be serving up slices for purchase 7p-10p (hours may shift).
Bars. There will be two bars in operation in the evening. One is near the Meadow Stage, and one by the Lodge Stage. (Note: Do not bring your own alcohol into these areas. That goes against CN’s liquor license.)
Campstoves. Propane campstoves are allowed. Please disconnect the canister any time you leave the stove unattended.
No personal campfires allowed. If you’re craving the experience of staring into an open flame, come to the campfire circle on the Lodge Meadow. We’ll have a fire going there — with supervision, of course, because we are Priceless.
Accessibility
- Camp Navarro has two cabins with ramps to accommodate wheelchairs.
- The shower house has wheelchair accessible showers.
- Accessible toilets and portos will be throughout the venue.
- The Lodge Stage is on the second floor and may be accessed via ramp from the road on the backside of the lodge.

About tickets & volunteering: If you’re able to purchase a General Admission ticket, we kindly ask that you do so to support the event (planners do this, too). If you have financial need and will be requesting a discounted volunteer ticket, please do not purchase a GA ticket as we’re unable to offer refunds. Complete the volunteer form to make this request.
